“I love the trajectory of the course and how much I got from it, even the things I thought were unnecessary for me I valued later. I think what you did (encouraging everyone to do the skill sheets and work through it even if you think you don’t need to) really makes people dig deep to get out why they do what they do. I have no problem changing my habits for the most part but when things get hard I bounce back to old habits but don’t really know I do that, or why, until it’s too late. Then I’m back to my old habits sneaking in and change goes by the wayside. I also think the science is very important to prove this is the healthiest way to live for your whole life, not just now when you want to loose weight. This makes total sense in every way for your body AND you loose weight AND get longevity AND better immunity AND it’s better for the environment AND AND… the science is heavy but needed to prove what happens and because there are so many competing ‘diets’ out there people are a little warm out on believe this one type of thing. I really like how broad it was as well taking in chemicals in food and cleaning products, the sleep info, stress and the ripple effect. So many things I wasn’t considering. ”

I wanted to pop in here and say thank you to you both so much for bringing this program to me.

This program came into my life when I needed it the most. As the owner of a local gym in Vernon BC, Covid hit us hard. Not just financially but emotionally & mentally. I fell out of love with the space & all of the wonderful things it represented. This course helped me to regroup mentally, shift my mindset & focus on my goals.

The benefits have been AH-MAZING! The pounds lost, my glowing skin, and being able to enjoy food & digest it properly is certainly wonderful bonuses. This course has changed my world for the better in the last eight weeks!

Tu Vida Health was introduced to me by a friend who thought I could use the program. I am a busy mom, wife, business owner, and board President. Prioritizing myself, like I had done as an athlete in the past, was NOT happening. My children's schedules are demanding. My husband and I own and operate our own business 24/7 which takes him away a lot and I sit as President of the board.

Life is "hair straight back" busy and that hasn’t changed. I try to guide my children with what we think are the most important morals and virtues. I “talk the talk” as they say. There was, however, a missing component to that saying. I was not, "walking the walk”. I had forgotten or not prioritized my own advice! “Eating healthy will give you the energy and recovery your body needs to be great athletes”. “Get lots of sleep”, “Move your body”!

Tu Vida Health and Lifestyle Coaching flipped the mirror and I really had to stop and ponder, what had happened to ME? During this course, I was able to discover how to “walk the walk” again! Jackie and Demelza are smart, scientifically educated women who bring updated knowledge to the course which blew what I thought I knew, out of the water. I am down a few sizes, I move my body daily and I am much more conscious of what I am putting in my body as well as my family's.

I've even added MORE foods to our repertoire and taken the damaging ones out. I believe this will not only better how myself and my family function but it will also help our environment and the way we nurture it! I thank Jackie and Demelza from the bottom of my heart!
