    Jackie Lloyd has her Masters of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University. She has been coaching, training, and teaching for 20 years in the post-secondary and workplace sectors. Jackie is married to a photographer who specializes in mountain adventure. As a busy mother to three active kids, Jackie works hard to provide nutritious meals that help with their recovery and give them a leg up in their sports. She is also an avid outdoor enthusiast, a community volunteer, and passionate about living a life with purpose in the service of others.

    She holds her Level 4 Canadian Ski Instructor’s Alliance and spent countless years teaching instructors how to craft their skills as teachers. She is excited to be working with women looking to supercharge their energy, lose unwanted pounds and finally free themselves from self-doubt and uncertainty.

    Demelza holds a BappSci in Sports Science with her Major in Nutrition. She has 20 years combined experience as a coach, trainer & guide in the ski & surf industry. She holds an ICF (Intl. Coaches Federation) Qualified Health & Lifestyle Coach. She helps her clients pursue health and career outcomes in the private & workplace sector. She is passionate about traveling, you can find her ocean-dwelling in the waves, and exploring the mountain as an adventuress. Demelza openly shares her knowledge around plant-based nutrition and enjoys seeing her clients reach new heights when working together.

    • I have a ton of questions, can I ask them during our BREAKTHROUGH Call?

      Yes, ask away! Our free 45-minute call is to determine whether we're a good fit and can work together. We will be asking questions too.

    • What is coaching all about?

      We know people who are in transition, struggling alone, and looking for something different than a typical fad diet plan. Coaching is a partnership designed to provide a methodical process to review where you came from, who you are now, where you want to go in the future. What kind of impact would you like to have?

      We have created a framework for you by researching and reviewing the best practices to help you move quickly through the lessons and modules to uncover your roadblocks, move you towards what is important, unlock your dreams, identify health aspirations and create a health plan that lasts a lifetime.

    • Will you do the work for me?

      We want to be very clear. Coaching and mentoring can not get the work done FOR you. You have to be willing to show up, ready to make decisions, committed to making the investment and ready to go the distance. This learning style may not be for everyone. We want you to understand this before you sign up to work with us.

    • How long is this interactive course?

      The interactive course is designed to take 8 weeks but can be completed at your own pace. If you have time and wish to push through each Chapter, you can but we recommend pacing yourself and devoting time to fully participate in the activities and tasks. Practicing and implementing the lessons into your life is part of the secret sauce that allows your changes to be sustainable.

    • What can I expect during the 1:1 coaching sessions?

      You can expect to spend time with your personal coach discussing your particular situation and focusing on your personal issues. Together we will discover roadblocks and issues that currently paralyze you. Ultimately, you create a unique health plan that suits your life and you set mile markers to track your progress.

    • I'm not sure I am ready to start today?

      Our 8-week program starts every week on Fridays. The course material is done at your own pace. You can get everything done for that week in 1 day, spend time each night, or review over the weekend. Your progress depends on the amount of effort you put in. Everyone is unique.

      On Sundays, the following week's new lessons are activated. This way we progress through the material in sequential order which is designed deliberately on our part.

    • What about a refund?

      Our course is non-refundable. We believe 100% in the information we share and the individual/group coaching process we've created. You have lifetime access to this content, so as new emergent science is released we continually provide updates to you. Plus, we hand select and work with fully committed individuals who are ready to make a difference, change their life and do what it takes to get the job done. However, life can throw curveballs; we're not unreasonable. We can always defer your start date.

    • How can I pay for the program?

      Payment can be made to our business account by e-transfer, Visa, Stripe or Paypal. Once payment has been received, you will be sent a welcome letter, login to the course, and a temporary password to begin your course.

      We offer three payment options, full payment at the time of your discovery call, partial payment in two installments, or a deposit option to hold your spot if you need to think about it and get organized. You decide what works for you.

    • How can a life coach impact my life?

      A life-coach is like having your own personal mentor at your side encouraging you to push forward, be real and take the required steps needed to build a life (your life) that is meaningful, worthwhile, and fulfilling. Your coach will help you move past your limiting beliefs and identify roadblocks that would normally paralyze you from taking action. It is not always going to be easy or comfortable but it WILL be, oh so, worthwhile.
